At Howell Shooting Supplies of Enterprise, Alabama, we do everything possible to ensure your absolute convenience and satisfaction. Before purchasing or returning your shooting equipment, please take the time to read the following policies.
Payment Methods
Payment by check or bank transfer is preferred. However, we do accept all forms of credit card as well as payments through PayPal™. In addition, PayPal offers a "PayPal Credit" option for those who are interested in leasing products.
Credit card purchases over $3,000 are subject to an additional 4% charge. This fee is one the credit card processing merchant charges, not us, we simply pass it on to the customer on any charges over $3,000.
International purchases must be paid by money order or funds transfer only.
Return Policy
All new returned items subject to a 20% restocking fee. All sales are final on used or consignment equipment.
Website Pricing
Due to the fact that we offer so many different brands of machines and accessories there is no way to keep our website pricing 100% current at all times. Prices are subject to change without notice from the manufacturers and thus we have to have the same policy. To ensure that you are getting the most up to date pricing, feel free to request a quote for any products or services we offer. We will always stand behind our quotes as long as they are still valid. With a few exceptions, most of our quotes are valid for 30 days. If you have a quote that is no longer valid we will be glad to give you an updated quote at any time.
Service Fees
A service charge of 1.5% per month, equal to 18% per year, will be added to all invoices over 30 days. We do not collect sales tax on out-of-state sales. The customer is responsible for reporting and paying any applicable use taxes on all purchases where sales tax has not been collected.
Ordering Information
Our professionals are often out on service calls or installations and may not be available to take your order immediately. If you are unable to reach us in the office or on our cell phones, please submit your order through the form on our Order page.
